We have an intimate property on the beach in Tulum and as a result, we have intimate conversations with all of our guests. What we find interesting is that our guests ideas about beach vacations, Mexico, their vacation philosophies and life seem very similar to ours. Conversations come back to the same topics without our prompting! So we thought, if we can not share stories on the beach while the sun is setting, why not share them online so we are still connected!
What are our beach villa guests interested in?
Sustainable living, sustainable vacations, leaving less of a carbon footprint. The environment and how to protect the delicate balance between human needs and environmental needs is commonplace. It is thrilling to have guests interested in how the beach villa is run, how electrical is supplied, how they can conserve and protect while on vacation in a country that is not their own.

These conversations focus on an interest in the Mayan culture, Mayan history, Mayan architecture and how a foreigner assimilates into a culture that has such a historical impact on human understandings of spirit, astronomy, time and the environment.
