Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
Our Cancellation Policy is different to that of hotels in large cities, but common to our region. Securing your reservation with a deposit means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellations made at any time for any reason forfeit the amount of deposit paid.
- Promotional sales are non refundable.
All reservations require a 50% deposit of the full reservation amount to secure the reservation made online or through email. Payment information is sent to each guest or is available at the time of your online booking and it is the responsibility of the guest to pay the deposit in full through the provided payment options to guarantee a reservation at Casa de las Olas.
Arrival Information and Check In
20 days prior to your arrival we will send each guest an information email that explains transportation options to the villa, provide driving directions, an overview of the Tulum and a request for a confirmed arrival time. Check in is at 3 pm and we will ask that you provide an arrival time to us so we can personally meet you at the villa. If you will be later than the arrival time provided please contact us at 984 131 2391 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so our host is aware of your new arrival time. Please note that our check out time is 11 am on your day of departure.
