All rates are in US Dollars. An additional + 7 % taxes and fees will be added to all bookings. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Additional guests: +$50/night. Children free.
Starting January 1, 2013 all existing and new reservations are subject to a $5 USD sustainability fee that will be directed to the new Tulum recycling center. This $5 USD fee is a donation to help Tulum build a state of the art recycling center that will further protect the delicate environment in the city. Guests can opt out of this fee if they wish not to participate. To find out more about the new community recycling center please visit their Facebook page.
