At Casa de las Olas, we have been committed for 30 years to leaving our pristine surroundings the same way we found them. To that end, we use solar energy for all in-house electricity, passive solar water heating and a gravity-fed plumbing system. All our water fixtures are low-flow, and we use biodegradable cleaning products and Emily Kate organic bathing products. We’re easy on nature without sacrificing comfort.

What can YOU do? We ask that our guests please be considerate of the sensitive ecosystem that makes up our surroundings. To that end, we ask that any products you bring with you be biodegradable and non-harmful to the environment. While exploring, please also be aware of the sand dunes and surrounding vegetation.
